Remarks
The type indicated must have the constructor:(IServiceProvider systemServiceProvider, IConfigurationSection configurationSection). The 'configurationSection' argument is the 'Settings' portion of the connection.
If 'ConnectionsMap' is not specified, the first Connection is used as the default.
