Returns a configuration for the specified Context.

A visual Context is preferred to initialize the view configuration. It
should ideally be an Activity or other Context created with
Context#createWindowContext(int, Bundle), but is not required to be.

The result of the get operation.

Returns a configuration for the specified visual Context. The configuration depends on various parameters of the Context, like the dimension of the display or the density of the display.
