The subscription cannot have more than 1 Container App Environments.

We use free subscription and trying to create a new container app. On the validation step we see the following message:

How can we fix that? We used the container apps before and removed all instances.

You deleted the Container Apps, but the subscription still reports that it cannot have more than one Container Apps environment. The quota applies to managed environments, not individual apps, and deleting an app does not delete its environment. Search the subscription for managed environments across every resource group and region, including resources in Failed or Deleting state. Reuse the existing environment, or remove its apps, jobs, locks, and private endpoints, delete the environment, and wait until deletion completes before creating another. Then check Azure Quotas with Azure Container Apps as the provider; Managed Environment Count is region-scoped and its default depends on subscription type and history. Free or trial subscriptions can have a low limit. If no environment remains and quota still shows one used, request a managed-environment-count increase or open Microsoft Support to clear the stale record. Creating more apps will not bypass this limit.
