galaxy 5 samsung, downloaded microsoft app, it works, but did not get the rewards.

my galaxy 5 samsung is strange, it tells me it does not recognize conection to internet, but i've listened to youtube for 15 yrs. on it, recently i added the button to go direct to BING which works fine, the problem is, i never got the reward points from microsoft.

    Thanks for your feedback, Based on my understanding, the issue you are encountering is that you are unable to earn rewards points when using the Bing App.

    May I ask if you are logged into your Microsoft account within the app? Can you earn points on the Bing homepage in the web version with this Microsoft account? If not, you will need to contact our Rewards team.

    I understand the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately, Bing Rewards issues are not supported on the Microsoft Answers forum. No one here can solve your problem.

    This is the only way to contact Bing Rewards support.

    While I know it is annoying, I would suggest giving them a little more time to see if they get back to you.
