How to disable msedge.exe?

So currently there's been "msedge.exe" running on my computer in the background. It takes up to 70% of my CPU and slows my games and PC down. I already uninstalled Microsoft Edge but it's still there and I can't end the process, it always comes back. And when I open the Task Manager, my CPU suddenly goes down to 10% and it just closes or hides. When I close task manager again, my CPU starts getting up to even 80-90%. I've tried uninstalling everything from Microsoft Edge but it just didn't work at all. I can see my CPU with "Process Lasso" and I also see msedge.exe running there. And as I said, I can't end the process. Can somebody help me with that?

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autoruns.zip

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

Select the 'Logon' tab at the top of Autoruns.
