Unable to receieve support email from Discord.com

I've recently been backdoored, and my account for Discord has been stolen. The hacker has taken steps to ensure that I do not receive emails from Discord support, such as blocking the emails and making a rule stopping their emails from going to my inbox. I've made sure my filter is set to all, I've even added all of Discord's accounts to a safe mailing list. Despite having fixed these issues, I still can't receive emails from them. Is there anything else they could've done to stop emails from being sent to me?

Hi Tsoot,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

To quickly narrow down why you’re not receiving emails from Discord/Discord Support, could you please share the details below?

  • What type of mailbox are you using, and how are you accessing it?
    • Outlook.com/Hotmail on the web, or the Outlook app (Windows/Mac/mobile)?
  • Which emails are you not receiving?
    • Only replies from Discord Support, or also Discord verification/password reset emails?
    • Are emails from other services arriving normally?
  • Have you checked the following locations (and do you see any Discord emails there)?
    • Junk/Spam, Deleted Items, Archive, and the Other tab (if Focused Inbox is enabled).
  • Please check and let me know what you see in Outlook.com Settings:
    • Mail > Rules: is there any rule related to “discord”, “support”, “ticket”, or “m.discord.com” (move/delete/redirect, or “stop processing”)?
    • Mail > Sweep: is there any Sweep setting that automatically moves/deletes emails from Discord?
    • Mail > Forwarding: is forwarding enabled to an unfamiliar address?
    • Junk email: under Blocked senders and domains, is any Discord-related domain blocked by mistake?
  • What have you added under “Safe senders/domains”?
    • Note: Discord may send legitimate emails from ******@m.discord.com domain, so please confirm whether you have whitelisted this domain.

Once I have the information above, I’ll advise the most appropriate next steps.
