Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

    1. When you try to sign in, are you logging in through the Minecraft Launcher, the Minecraft website, or inside the game itself?
    2. Do you receive any error message, or does it simply loop back to the sign-in page?
    3. Can you sign in to your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com using the same account? This will help determine whether the issue is related to the account itself or specifically to Minecraft.

Thank you for letting me know.

As one more step, please try resetting the Minecraft Launcher:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    • Select Minecraft Launcher.
    • Choose Advanced options.
    • Click Terminate, then Repair.
    • If the issue persists, click Reset.
    • Restart your PC and sign in again.

If the Launcher still shows "We were unable to verify what products you own" and the Minecraft website continues to loop back to the sign-in page, I would recommend contacting Minecraft Support with your Order ID, as the issue may be related to account entitlement verification on their side.

    Thanks for confirming.

Since you can sign in to your Microsoft account normally and you've already tried the troubleshooting steps, this doesn't sound like a local network issue.

Have you been able to play Minecraft on this Microsoft account before, or is this the first time you're trying to sign in?

Also, which edition do you own (Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, or Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition)?

    Please check your purchase history.

Thank you for letting me know.

If Minecraft website keeps looping back to the sign-in page and the Launcher shows "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection." suggests the Launcher or Minecraft services may be having trouble retrieving your account entitlement information.

    Please try the following:

    • Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher completely.
    • Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Minecraft Launcher > Advanced options.
    • Select Repair first. If that doesn't help, select Reset.
    • Restart your PC and sign back in.

    Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection:

First, make sure your system is fully updated: Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Install all available updates from there and restart your PC when prompted.

    If the issue still persists.

Do you have a VPN enabled? If so, try disabling it temporarily and see if that makes a difference. You can check by going to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN or looking for a VPN app running in the background.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:

Forget and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
    • Find your current Wi-Fi network and click "Forget" next to it.
    • Restart your main router/modem, then reconnect to the Wi-Fi and enter the password again.

    Flush the DNS cache:

    • Press Start and search for CMD.
    • Right-click on Command Prompt and select “Run as administrator”.
    • In the Command Prompt, type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each and wait:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    netsh winsock reset

    • Restart your PC and check if the issue persists.

Let me know how it goes.
