I bought a Surface Studio, but the screen was flickering, so I sent it to be repaired. When it was sent back to me, the power cord was missing, and I can't get a hold of anyone to help. I have tried to e mail the support team but no answer.

I just had the same thing happen. Were you able to resolve - if so, how? I can't seem to find any way to contact anyone.

Since your Surface Studio was returned from repair without the power cord, I'd recommend contacting Microsoft Support through live chat or requesting a callback, as those options are usually more effective than email. If you already have a repair or service request number, keep it handy, as they'll likely ask for it.
