Manager account suspended (egregious policy) - appeal upheld; requesting human re-review after remediating the root cause
Hi - I'm hoping a Microsoft Advertising moderator can help route our case for a human re-review.
We're L****** Ltd, an established link-management / URL-shortener SaaS (7 years, ~15,000 paying customers; marketing site l******). Our manager account K********* (2********) was suspended for an egregious-policy violation, and our appeal was upheld. We weren't given a specific reason, so here is what we've since fixed, in case it changes the picture:
- Duplicate account. We accidentally ended up with two accounts while consolidating logins - an error, not an attempt to evade. We only need one and are happy to keep whichever you retain (we can't close a suspended account ourselves).
- Root cause - our legacy shortener. Our old shared short-link host l.l****** historically carried customer-created redirects we didn't control. We've retired it: as of July 2026, ~3.5M legacy links now return HTTP 410 (Gone) instead of redirecting, and we're removing the remaining restricted-category (e.g. gambling) links customers had created.
These are all verifiable - one account, one legal entity, and a shortener that no longer resolves. If there are additional compliance issues, we'd be grateful if you could at least indicate the category so we can address them.
What's the best way to get this in front of a human reviewer? Happy to provide business registration or billing verification through the appropriate channel. Thank you.
