Managing profiles, sync settings, and sign-in options in Edge on macOS

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hello, I have been using Microsoft Edge on multiple computers (Windows and Mac). Each time I signed in with my Microsoft account, my saved passwords would sync and autofill correctly.
Recently, after downloading Edge on my MacBook Air and signing in, the Password Manager shows “no passwords saved.” I have not deleted any passwords myself.
Steps I’ve already tried:
Confirmed I’m signed into the correct Microsoft account.
Checked that sync is enabled for passwords.
Verified on both Windows and Mac devices.
Despite this, the vault is empty. Could you please confirm whether my saved passwords are still stored in the cloud and advise how I can restore access?
Thank you.
Managing profiles, sync settings, and sign-in options in Edge on macOS
Hello Allan odaba
If Microsoft Edge is showing "No passwords saved" on all devices, unfortunately no one in the public forum can directly verify whether your passwords are still stored in Microsoft's cloud for your account.
Since you've already confirmed that you're signed into the correct account and that password sync is enabled, I recommend the following additional checks:
If the Password Manager shows 0 passwords synced across all devices after these checks, it may indicate that the current synced data set is empty, and forum moderators cannot restore or access account data directly.
If needed, you can contact Microsoft Support from Help and feedback > Contact support within Edge for account-specific assistance.
I hope this helps, and please let us know whether any other device still shows the saved passwords locally.
