Hi,

I have two live account, both using the same email address. One is a personal account and the other is a work account. I had another account using a different email address which I arranged to have closed down. It is now closed because I can no longer access that account. The closed account included monthly payment for Microsoft Teams online service. I cannot access the Admin Centre to cancel this payment. That is problem number one. I still want to retain Microsoft Teams but I want it under the active work account.

The only way I can think of proceeding is to block future payments for the Microsoft Teams online service under the account that has been closed and to start a new Microsoft Teams subscription under one of the other accounts

Email address with the account that is active: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

Can you assist?

Peter
