If you haven't tried anything yet please start by:
Open Microsoft Edge, then paste this into the address bar:
edge://settings/passwords
You can also go to three dots > Settings > Passwords and autofill > Microsoft Password Manager.
Select the saved website, then use the eye icon to view the password or select Edit. Windows may ask for your PIN or device password. Please note that editing it in Edge does not change the password on the website itself.
