Why does the Massar education portal sometimes fail to open in Microsoft Edge?

I am trying to access the Massar education portal in Morocco using Microsoft Edge, but sometimes the website does not open properly or the login page keeps loading. The issue can happen even after refreshing the page.

I have already tried opening the website in a new tab and checking my internet connection. Has anyone experienced similar problems when accessing education portals or government websites through Microsoft Edge?

Could this be related to browser cache, cookies, or a Microsoft Edge setting? What troubleshooting steps should I try?

Before we proceed further, may I know if the network has any issue connecting to other Morocco exclusive websites? Also, do you have any issue log in after the page is fully loaded?

Other Morocco-exclusive websites generally open without any problem. The issue mainly occurs with the Massar education portal, where the login page sometimes keeps loading or the website does not open correctly in Microsoft Edge.

Once the page loads completely, I can usually log in, but the problem is that the login page itself occasionally fails to load properly.

Could this be related to Microsoft Edge cache, cookies, DNS cache, or any browser security setting? Are there any recommended troubleshooting steps for this type of issue?

Thank you for following up.

I cleared the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge and tested the Massar portal again. The issue is still occurring.

The main problem is with the Massar login page. Sometimes it takes a long time to load, and the page does not appear normally right away. In some cases, I have to wait and refresh the page before it loads properly. Other websites are loading normally in Edge.

So clearing the cache and cookies did not resolve the issue.

Could this be related to how the Massar website is loading its page resources in Edge? Please let me know what I should check next.

Just want to check again, did you try to open the website on another browser? It'd suggests using both Chrome and Firefox for comparison sake. Also, may I know if you are currently locate in Morrocco? I do see another user with a similar issue, but that is because they have moved abroad.

Yes, I tried opening the website in other browsers as well. The website opens normally in Chrome, but I am still experiencing the issue in Microsoft Edge. I am currently located in Pakistan, not Morocco.

Hello massarr ma,

In this case, I think that the main reason of this is with the Massar website services and its interaction in Edge. The uniqueness of the issue and its inconsistency make it hard to replicate as well (I've tried to access on my Edge and so far, no issues). In this case, I'd suggest you submit the issue to the engineering team using the send feedback option in Edge.

Hello massarr ma,

If the issue only happens to 1 website, I'd suggest you try to access it on another browser. I'd say browsers that don't use the same Chromium engine to make sure, if the issue persists, it's almost certainly an website side issue.

Website issue is hard to control and track so unfortunately, there is no tool to make sure of the cause.
