I somehow fixed this myself before i got an answer, so here is a guide for someone who has also found a corrupted wmp entry。
「Please keep your windows media player closed before starting」
- copy all .wmdb form the path "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player" to an external folder
- rename CurrentDatabase_400.wmdb to CurrentDatabase_400.wmdb.bak and open wmp to regenerate the database fully
- close wmp and delete all the .wmdb files in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player" including the new CurrentDatabase_400.wmdb and the CurrentDatabase_400.wmdb.bak file
- replace the deleted wmdb files with the copies from 1. and re-open wmp
