Microsoft Ads suspends account for a legitimate business

I had a terrible experience with Microsoft Ads.

I started an identity verification process, which was supposed to take a few days. They did not complete the review at all.

When I pressed import campaign from Google Ads (Google is great btw), my account got blocked.

These were the only two actions I took to be banned for good.

I could not appeal because verification ID.

I tried to get support - they just told me this decision is final and did not explain why.

As a legitimate business owner, that owns all the correct docs I feel very upset with this experience. I am treated like a fraud or a criminal for no reason and no explanation - and they hurt my business operations.

Is this fixable or should I go to court?
