Tab bar becomes lighter when choosing another window + Reverting Theme Settings

Whenever I choose a different window from this one, it goes from this:

Ever since I had to end Mircosoft Edge in Task Manager, the theme became ruined and does this now. I cannot find a setting to keep the tab bar the same color.

As well, is there a way to revert back to these settings?

On both of my devices, Microsoft Edge is on Version "151.0.4129.72 (Official build) (64-bit)", yet only the device I'm having visual issues with has this for the theme settings:

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to the apps section.

    Scroll down the list of installed apps to find Microsoft Edge.

    Select that app and choose Modify - Repair.

    If that process does not resolve the problem, download the Edge installer from this link and use that installer to reinstall Edge on top of the existing Edge installation.
