Bluetooth runs in the 2.4 GHz same as WiFi but every box that uses 5 Ghz and or 6 Ghz still post signals on 2.4GHz which adversely affects Bluetooth. I have not see any option in Access Point hardware to disable 2.4 Ghz either.
How to fix my WiFi and Bluetooth disappearing and then coming back 20 seconds later

To narrow this down, could you confirm:
- Your laptop’s exact make and model
- Whether Wi-Fi actually disconnects, or only the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth buttons disappear
- Whether another wired headset causes the same issue
- Whether the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapters disappear or show an error in Device Manager during those 20 seconds
A screenshot of Device Manager while the issue is happening would also help.
