If you want to remove all Microsoft software, you cannot continue using Windows because Windows itself and many of its system components are Microsoft products. You would need to back up your important files. Erase the Windows installation. Install a non-Microsoft operating system, such as Linux.
If you only want to remove Microsoft applications, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall them individually. However, some components are built into Windows and cannot be safely removed while continuing to use Windows.
