Microsoft Edge Browser to capture a screenshot got changed to Ctrl+Z

my microsoft edge browser shows screenshot shortcut to be Ctrl+z before it was Ctrl+Shift+S i can't seem to switch it back. I don't know how it was done in the first place.

Now because of that in the browser i cannot Undo anything and I am stuck with this screenshot.

I already tried modifying the app by repairing. Seems like you can't uninstall edge now.

I also tried to check in System Settings > Accessibility. There is no option to see one setup for Screenshot.

It was correct before, I don't what I was doing, and it got switched.

Test in a new Edge profile
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner and create a temporary new profile.
- Check whether the Screenshot shortcut still appears as Ctrl+Z in the new profile. This can help determine whether the issue is profile-specific.
Reset Edge settings
- Open edge://settings/reset
- Select Restore settings to their default values.
- This will reset Edge settings without removing your favorites and saved passwords.
Check Edge policies
- Open edge://policy
- Click Reload policies and review whether any policies are listed.
- I noticed Edge displays "Managed by your organization" in your screenshot, which may indicate that a policy or management setting is affecting browser behavior.

Hi Clary,

Thank you for your response and follow up. Here are my responses. In short nothing worked.

Test in a new Edge profile - new profile didn't change the shortcut

Reset Edge settings I reset but the result is the same

Check Edge policies I don't see anything new. Note all my colleagues don't have this issue. For the other questions.

1 - Version it is on Version 151.0.4129.86 (Official build) (64-bit)

2 - It is a work managed device.

Since the issue persists after resetting Edge, occurs in a new profile and this is a work-managed device running Microsoft Edge for Business, I recommend contacting your organization's IT team for further investigation. They can review any device-specific policies, extensions or management settings that may be affecting Edge.

Thank you Clary. Although I do not understand why is it an isolated incident for me, and not applied on everybody else? It seems like everybody else has the Ctrl+Shift+S setting, and I'm the outlier.
