On my laptop with windows 11 when I hit the F1 key the emoji panel pops up. Can I stop this from happening?

When I hit F10 on my computer, I get four options. Number one exit and continue to Windows 11. Number two use a USB drive network connection or Windows recovery DVD. Number three reset your PC or see advanced options. Number four turn off your PC.

    Please try the following

Restart the laptop and repeatedly press Esc as soon as it starts.

When the Startup Menu appears, press F10 to enter BIOS Setup.

    Go to System Configuration.

    Look for Action Keys Mode.

If it is Enabled, change it to Disabled.

Press F10 to save the changes and restart the laptop.

    Test the F1 key again.

    Hi, good day!

Since pressing F1 opens the emoji panel, it may be related to your laptop's Fn/Function key settings rather than Windows itself.

As a first step, try pressing Fn + Esc to toggle Function Lock, then test the F1 key again.

If the issue persists, could you provide the make and exact make and model of your laptop?

Press Start then search msinfo to open System Information

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
