Bing Places listing stuck in "Pending publish" for 3+ weeks, no response from placesfeedback

Hello,

My business listing has been stuck in "Pending publish" status for over 3 weeks, well past the stated 7-12 day ETA. The listing is fully verified and synced with Google Business Profile.

I contacted placesfeedback@microsoft.com on August 7 with no response (checked spam, nothing there), and followed up again in the same thread.

Could someone confirm whether there's a known ongoing issue with publishing right now, or advise on next steps?
