Since your password sign-in still works, I would not remove or reset the PIN yet. On a Windows 11 Business device, Windows Hello can be controlled by your organization's Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, or Group Policy settings.

First, sign in using your password and check:

    Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options

Look under PIN (Windows Hello) and see whether Windows reports that the option is unavailable, disabled, or simply missing.

If the device is managed by your organization, the administrator should check whether Windows Hello for Business is enabled for your user/device and whether a policy change has prevented the PIN credential from being used.

You can also check the device's connection to the organization by going to:

Settings → Accounts → Access work or school

Make sure the work account is still connected. If the device has lost its organizational connection, that can affect Windows Hello and access to corporate OneDrive.

Since you also mention that a secondary OneDrive is unavailable, I would treat these as potentially related authentication/organization-account issues rather than two completely separate problems.

If this is a company-managed computer, the appropriate next step is your organization's Microsoft 365/IT administrator. They can verify:

    Windows Hello for Business policy

    Microsoft Entra device registration/join status

    Intune/device compliance status

    Your authentication methods

    OneDrive account/tenant access

If you are the administrator and have no other administrator available, use the password to sign in and check the device/account status in the Microsoft Entra admin center before changing Windows Hello settings.

Most importantly, don't delete the work account, disconnect the device from the organization, or start changing registry/policy settings just to get the PIN working. Those actions can make recovery more difficult on a business-managed device.

If you need a human Microsoft representative, use Microsoft Support → Get Help while signed in with the affected work account. For a business tenant, however, the organization's Microsoft 365 administrator is normally the first point of contact because Microsoft Support will need to verify that the person requesting changes is authorized to administer the tenant.
