I didnt get an email about my account

Ive asked xbox support and they told me they would manually check and recover my account but I havent recieved an email since 4 days, also is there a way to refund minecraft since I dont have access to my account and it has only been 10 days?

    Microsoft Q&A cannot check the status of your Xbox Support case, so you will need to follow up through the existing case.

    The standard Minecraft refund process also requires access to the Microsoft account that made the purchase. Therefore, you would need to focus on recovering the account first, then submit the refund request from that account if the purchase remains eligible.

    Please also check the spam or junk folder for the support email.
