How to fix Minecraft realm

I'm trying to make a realm plus on bedrock. Every time I go to click on it absolutely nothing happens, stays on the same screen as if the button does nothing. It says claim free trial and doesn't offer anywhere just the realm plus.

Based on your description, this appears to be a Minecraft Bedrock Realms Plus subscription issue where clicking"Claim Free Trial" does not open the purchase/activation screen.

Before suggesting more advanced troubleshooting, could you confirm:

Are you playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows PC?
When you click"Claim Free Trial", does absolutely nothing happen, or do you briefly see a loading window that closes?
Have you ever used a Realms or Realms Plus free trial on this Microsoft account before?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks:

Verify that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account in Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft and check the account shown in the top-right corner.
- Make sure it is the account that should own the Realms subscription.

Hello so this hasn't fixed it, I've resorted to just using another account. To answer your questions, I'm playing bedrock on my Xbox, absolutely nothing happens the box shows the animation of being pressed and that's it no loading. I've used realms plus a very long time ago but have no active subscriptions. I've done the quick checks and still not working. Thank you
