Cloudflare is a separate service that the bank uses to protect its website. If Cloudflare is blocking access to that one banking site, the restriction is being triggered by the bank's website security rules, your IP address, browser settings, VPN/proxy use, or something similar.

Microsoft cannot remove that block because it has nothing to do with Microsoft.

    Try the following:

Turn off any VPN, proxy, Cloudflare WARP, or privacy service.

Try the site in another browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window.

Temporarily disable ad blockers or privacy extensions.

Try accessing the bank from a different connection, such as your phone's cellular data or hotspot.

If the banking site works on another connection, your current public IP address may be getting blocked by that bank's Cloudflare rules.

The bank controls the Cloudflare rules for its site, any further issue needs to be troubleshooted with them.

    Hi Pat,

If you are seeing a Cloudflare block when accessing your online banking website in Microsoft Edge, the block may be coming from the bank's Cloudflare security rules rather than Microsoft Edge itself.

A few things you can try:

    1. Check the exact Cloudflare error Note the HTTP status code (for example, 403). If the page displays a Cloudflare Ray ID, keep that value. It can help the bank identify why the request was blocked. Try an InPrivate window
In Edge, press `Ctrl + Shift + N` and access the banking website again.

If it works in InPrivate, cached cookies, site data, or an extension may be involved.

Clear the bank's cookies and site data

In Edge, go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site data.

Remove the stored data for the affected banking website and try again. Microsoft notes that cached data and cookies can sometimes cause webpage problems.

                 Temporarily disable extensions

Especially check ad blockers, privacy/security extensions, and VPN-related extensions.

                       Then retry the banking site.

                       Check your VPN or network

If you are using a VPN, disconnect it and try again.

You can also test using a different trusted network, such as a mobile hotspot. Microsoft recommends checking the network and VPN when websites return access errors.

Make sure Edge is up to date

Go to Settings → About Microsoft Edge and install any available updates.

I would not recommend disabling Edge security features or antivirus protection permanently, especially when accessing banking services.

If the problem occurs only on this particular bank's website while other websites work normally, the bank's website/security provider may need to investigate the Cloudflare block.

Could you provide the exact Cloudflare error message/status code and Ray ID (if shown), without sharing any banking credentials or personal information? That would help determine whether this is an Edge/network issue or a block imposed by the bank's Cloudflare configuration.
