Why am I unable to access my Microsoft Rewards dashboard, and why has my Microsoft Rewards account been suspended?

Could you please explain the specific reason for my account suspension and let me know which activity or violation caused it?

I would also like to know whether my account can be reviewed and restored, and what steps I need to follow to regain access to my Microsoft Rewards account.

If there is any issue with my account that I need to correct, please let me know so that I can resolve it and follow all Microsoft Rewards rules correctly in the future.

    At this point, I've gone through the troubleshooting steps I can reasonably suggest from the Community side, and to be honest, I don't have access to your Rewards account to investigate what's happening behind the scenes.

    I'll leave this thread open so that other Community members can share their experience or any additional suggestions that might help. If this is an account-specific issue, the Microsoft Rewards Support team would be the right place to have the account checked, as they have access to information that we don't.

    If the Microsoft Rewards support page isn't opening for you, try opening it in a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. You can also try accessing the page from another device or another internet connection.

We're fellow Microsoft users here in the Community, so we can't see the specific activity that triggered the suspension, review the account, or restore it.

    The best option would be to submit a request directly to the Microsoft Rewards Support team. They have the access needed to review your account and determine whether the suspension can be appealed or reversed.
