I have bought Minecraft in 2012, complete the migration in 2022 but MS lost it

Since the Mojang-to-Microsoft migration was completed, but the Minecraft Launcher still shows Buy, the correct contact is Minecraft Support.

Before contacting support, check these items because launcher entitlement issues are often caused by account mismatch or license sync:

1. Make sure the same Microsoft account is signed in to both:
   • Minecraft Launcher
   • Microsoft Store
2. Sign out of both apps, restart the PC, then sign back in.
3. In Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft and check whether it shows Owned or Install.
4. Check the Microsoft account Order history to confirm the purchase or redemption is associated with the current account.

If the launcher still says Buy after that, contact Minecraft Support so they can verify and fix the entitlement on the account:
