2FA turned on against my will

A new update forced 2fa onto my account and I have no way of getting the code from the authenticator app (because I didn't set up the 2fa) so I am now locked out of my account.
I was hoping that someone could either provide me a fix or a phone number to call in order to speak to a human and get this problem resolved.
