1,000 Robux Gift Card Missing from Microsoft Rewards in India

Hi,

I’m in India and I had been saving my Microsoft Rewards points specifically to redeem the 1,000 Robux gift card.

Today, after I finally earned enough points, the Roblox gift cards disappeared from my Redeem page. The only gift card currently showing for me is an Overwatch Coins Digital Code.

Is the 1,000 Robux gift card temporarily out of stock, or has it been removed from Microsoft Rewards in India? If it is temporarily unavailable, is there any information about when it may return?

I have attached a screenshot showing what is currently available on my account.

Hi, good day!

I understand how frustrating this situation must be. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide a timeline for when specific Rewards items will be restocked, and availability can vary by region. Because of this, no one in the community has information on if or when the Robux gift cards will return in India.

I recommend submitting feedback to Microsoft Rewards regarding the availability of ROBLOX gift cards in your region. Hopefully, the Rewards team will take the feedback into consideration and restock them for users in India.

Honestly, I don’t have access to Microsoft’s internal Rewards inventory. If it suddenly disappeared and was replaced by another reward, it may be a catalog/availability change rather than something wrong with your account. Since this is a user-to-user community forum, no one here can tell you exactly when the rewards will be available again.

I’d recommend checking the Redeem page again over the next few days. If the Robux reward doesn't return, the best option would be to contact Microsoft Rewards Support and specifically ask whether the 1,000 Robux gift card has been discontinued in India or is temporarily unavailable.
