Free Game Pass

Check these places first:

1. Make sure the same Microsoft account is signed in that was used when the laptop was first set up.
2. Open Microsoft Store.
3. Select Library.
4. Check Included with device if that option appears. The Game Pass offer may be listed there.
5. Also check My Library for anything available to claim or install.
6. Check the Microsoft subscriptions page to see whether the offer was already redeemed on the account.
7. Install any pending Microsoft Store and Windows updates, then restart the laptop and check again.

If the offer still does not appear, contact the laptop manufacturer’s support. OEM promotional Game Pass offers are often tied to the device, and the manufacturer may need to verify the entitlement.

If Microsoft Store itself is missing, search for Microsoft Store from the taskbar search box. If found, open it and optionally pin it to Start or the taskbar.
