In 2013 I was travelling back to Ireland from Australia when I logged in with two seperate layovers. My account was blocked because of that, I couldn't get back in. I want to recovery the account as I think there are pictures and travel memories in it. I submitted the recovery option to recover it and it said submitted but I have not recieved a response from it. My old email address is ******@hotmail.com and the recovery email I am using it ******@gmail.com.
Can you please tell my why I am not getting a response to the submission I am using and if there is any other steps I can take to recover this account.
