Hello Microsoft Azure Support, We are experiencing a critical production incident affecting our Microsoft Entra tenant and Azure resources. Tenant information:

- First observed: 21 August 2026, approximately 3:30–4:00 PM IST
All organization users are unable to sign in to Azure Portal. The sign-in page reports: This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin. A token renewal test returned:
AADSTS500341: The user account has been deleted from the directory.
