Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Language note: I noticed that this thread was posted in the English forum, while the question is written in both English and Thai. In line with the forum’s language guidelines, I am replying in English. If you would prefer the response in Thai, please feel free to let me know.
I understand that OTP emails from NCV, L2m, and PURPLE used to arrive normally but are no longer being received.
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot inspect your mailbox or the game services’ email-delivery records.
First, please confirm whether the receiving address is an Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com account, or an account from another provider added to classic Outlook.
Meanwhile, please try these checks:
- Sign in directly to the email provider’s webmail page and check Inbox, Junk Email, Other, and Deleted Items. This helps determine whether the messages are missing from the mailbox itself or only from classic Outlook.
- If it is an Outlook.com account, select Settings > Mail > Junk email. Remove the game service’s verified address or domain from Blocked senders and domains, if listed, and add it to Safe senders and domains. Messages from safe senders should not be moved to Junk Email. Review Outlook junk-email settings
- Check Settings > Mail > Rules and Forwarding for settings that could move, delete, or redirect incoming messages. Outlook rules can automatically move or delete messages based on specified conditions. Manage email rules in Outlook
- Request a new OTP and check the webmail folders again.
If other emails arrive normally but these OTP messages remain absent, contact the game services and ask them to confirm the sending address and whether their delivery attempt was rejected.
