In our system, we use EntraID for SSO and have subscriptions set up for users (updated, deleted) and groups (updated, deleted).
However, I occasionally see over 8,000 requests arriving in 1 minute. I don't see anything misconfigured in EntraID. It works fine with the same web project but a different tenant. It only fails with one specific client.
