Hi Team,

I am writing to follow up on an unresolved issue where the same Windows updates keep reappearing and prompting for installation, even though I have already installed them multiple times.

I have raised two support tickets for this issue so far, but it remains unresolved:

  • Ticket #7107598295
  • Ticket #7107500177

I was informed by a Microsoft Engineer/Representative that this issue is expected to be resolved in the next update release. However, I am unable to wait until then, as this issue is forcing me to restart my system repeatedly, which is significantly impacting my productivity and ongoing work.

Could you please prioritize this issue and provide an interim fix or workaround so I can continue working without repeated, unnecessary restarts? I would appreciate an update on the current status and expected resolution timeline at the earliest.

Please let me know if you need any additional logs, screenshots, or system details from my end to help expedite this.

Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

Thanks and regards,

Rahul Vazurkar

    Hi Rahul,

There are no Microsoft Engineers here

or anyone that can check support tickets.

We are all just users like yourself.

If you are having Windows update issues

you should Pause Updates until the next

build is released. Which build are you on?

Use WIN+R, type winver for the build #.
