I had minecraft bought on my account directly through the microsoft store, i factory reset my pc to fix things and then minecraft was showing i never bought it before or owned it. i checked my order history and it wasnt there. But i found the order nummber in my gmail thats hooked up to my microsoft store and its showing i bought it with the order nummber and the date of when i bought it 2 years ago. I have full proof that its my account and everything but i just need someone to talk to that i can show this proof and i can get minecraft back on my account. I have full access to the account in the microsoft launcher, xbox, and microsoft store its just showing i never owned it before but i clearly have proof i do.

Thank you for letting me know.

Since you still have full access to the account and have the original Minecraft receipt and order number, this looks like a licensing/purchase issue rather than an account recovery issue.

First, check your Microsoft Order history using the exact Microsoft account used for the purchase: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.

If the Minecraft purchase still does not appear, contact Microsoft Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact Give them the order number and purchase confirmation. They can check which Microsoft account the Minecraft license is associated with.

This public forum cannot access or restore licenses.

Should you need further information please let me know.

    Thanks!
