For Classic Outlook on Windows, if the View Settings pop-up text is too small, increase the font size for Outlook inbox items and message list text through the view settings:

1. Go to Inbox.
2. Press Alt+V, V to open Advanced View Settings: Compact.
3. Press O to open Other Settings.
4. Change the font size for the part that is too small:
   • C = column headings
   • W = message titles
   • T = message preview
5. In the Font dialog, move to Size with Alt+S, enter a larger size such as 16, and press Enter.
6. Press Tab to OK, then Enter to apply.

If the small text is in the Reading Pane, that pane does not support changing the default font size directly, but it can be enlarged with Zoom:

1. Open a message.
2. Use the zoom slider at the bottom-right of the Reading Pane.
3. If using Microsoft 365, select the zoom percentage and enable Remember my preference to keep it for all messages.

If the small text is in a message being composed or replied to, change the default compose font here:

1. Select File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts.
2. Select Font for New mail messages or Replying or forwarding messages.
3. Choose a larger font size, then select OK twice.

If the issue is specifically the Windows pop-up/interface text itself rather than Outlook message text, increase Windows display text size:

1. Open Start > Settings > Accessibility > Text size.
2. Move the slider larger and select Apply.
3. If needed, also check Settings > System > Display and increase Scale.
