I had help from someone from microsoft and they removed my browser with all my downloads, sites & saved content. I asked why they removed they said they didn't, however I watched them do it on screen share! Then they logged out saying I didn't reply.
I repeatedly told them I use that browser for everything!! I need my stuff back Please help
