Microsoft suspended ad delivery and access to all accounts due to egregious policy violations - How to find the Rootcause.

If I find the rootcause I can correct it & submit for an appeal.

I have scheduled an Campaign for run, Offer is Pest Control. Previously I have run the same Campaign didn't face any issue but this time I got the below mail from Microsoft.

During a recent review, we detected potential violations in your Microsoft Advertising manager account. As a result, we’ve suspended ad delivery and access to all accounts under your Manager Account per Microsoft Advertising’s Terms of Use and policies that you agreed to when setting up your account. Understanding what may have happened Our reviewers may have flagged your account for one or more of the following egregious policy violations: Misrepresentation of advertiser or payer identity Promotion of illegal or harmful content Use of malicious software (e.g., malware, phishing, ransomware) Deceptive or misleading ad content or landing pages Attempts to bypass Microsoft Advertising safeguards Impersonation or misuse of brand names Excessive or manipulative data collection Creating new accounts to evade enforcement actions.
