Issue Accessing Microsoft Account

I am having trouble accessing a microsoft account after my phone was factory reset by an individual who stole it. I have recovered my phone. The only options I get to sign into my microsoft account are recovery email to which I receive the code and my phone which is correctly verified but when I request the SMS I get a message that option is not available.

My computer is bitlocked as a result and I have many accounts linked to the email associated with the account I cant access.

I need the SMS issue resolving very soon as I require access to my emails and my computer urgently

You’re lucky you got your phone back. How did you manage to get it back? Mine has been stolen for almost a year now and every single day my accounts are hacked. I have zero privacy and it’s all thanks to Authenticator :) to which I cannot even change any of the settings or request help as it’s somehow changed to an account I never set it up as. Life is a living hell. Spending hours and hours and hours every day just to get your own data. To which I still have not been able to do. They also took all my id so they use that to verify themselves on everything. Life’s great!
