Locked out of Azure / Microsoft Entra tenant — MFA reset required

I am locked out of my Azure / Microsoft Entra tenant and cannot open a support request through the Azure portal.

I use a personal Microsoft account for my Pay-As-You-Go subscription. I can sign in normally at account.microsoft.com, but Azure Portal and Azure CLI require a separate MFA verification that does not work. Microsoft Authenticator never receives the approval request, and the verification options shown by Azure differ from the methods configured for my personal Microsoft account.

Azure CLI returns:

AADSTS50076: Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication...

The login also includes an acrs: p1 claims challenge.

I am likely the only Global Administrator, so I cannot reset the Entra MFA method from within the tenant. Please open a tenant-lockout case and escalate it to the Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team to reset my Entra MFA registration.

I can provide the tenant ID, subscription ID, correlation ID, and timestamp through a private message.
