Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
Hello @Adil Muchale,
Since the issue started only after the recent Teams update, affects multiple users, and the app is installed directly from the iOS App Store without Intune management, this reduces the likelihood of the issue being caused by notification settings or Intune policies and it's possibly a server-side issue.
To help resolve this issue, I strongly recommend you perform these steps as soon as possible so that this won't affect your workflow:
These steps must be performed by a Microsoft 365 Admin, If you're not an admin and don't know who the admin is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
1.Contact Microsoft Support Team:
- Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
- If your subscription is from a partner or reseller, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.
2.Report this issue on Admin Center:
- Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin center.
- Navigate to Health > Service health > In the Reported issues tab, Select Report an issue.
- Fill in the form and click Submit to report this issue.
Your action will assist the Microsoft backend team in investigating and resolving this issue more efficiently. I truly appreciate your effort in helping to address this problem.
