My Laptop shows No Audia device is installed it was running fine few ours ago

    Hii,

    First, restart your PC and check if the problem persists.

    Also, check if your audio device is turned on. Go to the Start menu > System Settings > > Sound> Scroll down > Additional Audio Settings> Click on the white area next to Sound and select the "Show disconnected and disabled devices" option.

    Check if your audio device is turned on.

    If not, go to the Start menu > System Settings > > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooting > Sound > Run and wait for the process to complete to see if that resolves the problem. If the problem persists, go to Device Manager > Realtek > Audio, Video, and Game Controllers > Properties > Driver > Uninstall the driver and restart your PC.

    If that still doesn't work, try going to msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here.
