Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request an exception regarding a Microsoft certification voucher that I recently missed the deadline to schedule.

I fully intended to schedule my exam before the expiration date and was diligently preparing for the examination ; however, I encountered a technical glitch on the portal when attempting to finalize my registration, which unfortunately prevented the scheduling from going through in time. Also i started my Masters this month, so it was complete hectic with paper work to even look at emails. Though, it is my mistake, but i request to please take it into consideration.

Could a support agent please open a private message with me so I can securely provide my MCID, email address, and the voucher details? I am hoping you might be able to grant a one-time courtesy replacement or extension so that I can complete my certification.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

The terms and conditions of the voucher for vouchers are very clear. If this was from the AI Skills Fest, you needed to book before August 18th

    The dates cannot be extended

Exams and certifications are not supported in Microsoft Q&A. See Credentials Support for a possible list of contacts.
