Request for Exam Voucher Extension - AI Skills Fest (AZ-104)

Dear Microsoft Credentials Support Team,

I am reaching out to kindly request a one-time exception for my Microsoft AI Skills Fest exam voucher for the AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator exam, which expired two days ago before I could complete my registration.

I previously contacted Pearson VUE support, but they informed me that Pearson is not authorized to grant extensions and advised me to reach out directly to Microsoft for assistance.

I have been studying intensively for my third attempt at the AZ-104 exam (having failed the previous two attempts). This voucher represents my last opportunity to take the exam and complete my certification. Unfortunately, while fully focused on my preparation, I missed the strict voucher expiration date by just two days.

I would be extremely grateful if Microsoft could grant a one-time exception to extend the expiration date or issue a replacement code so I can schedule my exam attempt.
