How to disassociate my MCP account from a previous employer

I wish to disassociate my MCP account from a previous employer; however, I have no access to the partner site.

My emal is ******@verizon.net

The company I wish to disassociate from is Computer Integrated Services Partner Id 1220534, there is also anither ID which I don't remember starting with 50
