Dear Microsoft Credentials Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding my Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 exam voucher. I registered for Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 and received a voucher to take the certification exam. Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part, I was unable to schedule the exam before the voucher expiration date. I sincerely apologize for missing the deadline. I am still very interested in taking the certification exam and have been preparing for it. I would be very grateful if you could consider extending or reactivating my expired voucher, or providing a replacement voucher as a one-time exception. I understand that the voucher had an expiration date, and I completely respect the applicable terms and conditions. I am only requesting your consideration for a one-time extension so that I can complete the certification. I can provide the voucher details, registration information, and any other information required to verify my eligibility. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. But according to posts from Julian Sharp earlier today, in response to the same predicament as you, Aug 18th was the last day and that is the end of the story.
