My 16 year old cannot use Copilot but she should be able to

I have two teenagers, each of whom has a microsoft account as part of my 365 premium subscription. I installed copilot on my 16 year old's phone today and logged in using her Microsfot account. The Copilot app will not let her use it as it is saying she is not of the correct age. I've looked on your site and asked a live agent, both who tell me she should be able to use copilot. I need assistance to enable both of my teens to use copilot. Thank you

    Your daughter may be eligible, but Copilot requires users to be at least 13, and some regions have a higher statutory age requirement.

    Please verify that her Microsoft account has the correct birth date and country/region, then check whether parental consent is pending in your Microsoft family group. Do not alter the birth date unless it is incorrect. Microsoft provides separate instructions for correcting birth dates and completing parental consent.

    Also update the Copilot app, sign out and back in, and test her account through Copilot on the web.
