OneDrive is showing 2 different languages instead of only english

My native language is Spanish, but I hate having stuff in it, I live my life in english, so it is very annoying to have both spanish and english in the very same page.

I went to the one Drive settings and changed to English UK, and most has changed but not all, I still get tidbits in spanish, any way to correct this?

You can see that in the top, it has spanish, then in the bottom it is in English, but the most ridiculous part is the modified date, it is a spanglish "el(on) Sunday" like, why?
