When i read articles and I click on the balloon to leave a comment, it goes to a screen for me to choose an account to comment with, even though I am already signed in to one. Then it goes back to the comment box, I write my comment and hit enter. the box vanishes and my comment is not added to the thread. It is like I am blocked or something. I really enjoy sharing viewpoints in these conversations, I have done it for years, and now it does not work. Please help me. Thank you. ******@hotmail.com

This behavior matches an MSN article commenting issue, not an Outlook issue. MSN commenting and sign-in loops are handled by MSN’s own systems.

    What is supported:

    1. Sign in on MSN with the Microsoft account used for commenting.
    2. If MSN still asks to choose an account again and the comment disappears after submission, report it through the Feedback option on the MSN page where the problem occurs, typically at the bottom right.
    3. In the feedback form, include:
      • that sign-in succeeds but commenting does not
      • that MSN repeatedly asks to choose an account
      • that the comment box closes and the comment is not posted
      • any approximate date when the issue started
    4. If Facebook is being used for article comments, MSN indicates commenting depends on being signed in to Facebook through the services stripe.

The available guidance also notes that MSN article comments and restrictions are controlled by MSN moderation systems, and there is no separate support path for diagnosing or changing comment blocks from Microsoft Q&A.
